What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I am a kind person, good listener, responsible, punctual. Always happy to help others.
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I can help by giving initiative to the person, letting them do their choice (and advise if its not the right one), let them do things by themselves but be present to help when required. Engage with the person and explaining on certain things are done and showing them how to do it.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Its the feeling I get at the end of day knowing that Ive helped someone else having a good day, being present and supportive. And seeing that person be independent and gaining confidence.
What are your hobbies/interests?: I like music, arts and crafts, watching criminal series such as CSI as I am a Forensic Investigation student on my last year of university
