A wide range of disabilities..this will b my 2nd job I was bath shower people give medication. Support there needs take them out in the community..live independently..
What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Carein kind reliable..to b professional to keep confidentiality. Get to know the people we work with .there needs disability. Support them honest tustworthy..passionate know their needs
How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I have worked in the care sector for 30 years and have done a lot of trying working disabled people know there needs.im compassionate. Kind careen. Can work on my own .verey supportive.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Its one on one and can get to know the person .learn about them. I love working with people . c
