Important Payroll Update

We would like to inform all employed Personal Assistants that we are currently transitioning to a new payroll software.

Unfortunately, this transition has encountered some unexpected issues, which may result in a delay in the posting of payslips and in some cases, the processing of payments.

 

We understand the importance of timely payments and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Please be assured that our payroll department is working diligently to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. We are committed to ensuring that all payments will be made as soon as possible. We are working to get wage slips printed and posted out as soon as possible but there may be some unavoidable delays with these being received.

 

Looking ahead, we are confident that once these initial issues are resolved, the new payroll software will enhance our ability to process payments more efficiently and accurately. Future payments should be made on time and we appreciate your patience during this transition period.

 

Please note that the Payroll team will not be available via telephone throughout the week whilst we work to address these issues.
