My experience has taught me to ensure comfort and promoting a sense of well-being. Im naturally caring and reliable, always striving to create a safe and supportive environment. Being a people person, I thrive on building positive relationships and am able to adapt my approach to meet diverse needs, ensuring each individual feels valued and respected. This background has equipped me with the skills to offer compassionate, attentive support, making me well-suited to care for someone with a disability

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Patience, empathy, and respect are vital when caring for a disabled person. Also, its important to be a good listener and to focus on the individuals abilities rather than limitations and just be there for them in general with strong support.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): Being patient, understanding their needs, and providing assistance. Also, treat them with respect and focus on their abilities. Also being extremely reliable and positive at all times!

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Helping the public as I have a very caring nature being a mother of two lovely boys.
