Being a good listener is very important to understand their choices and support their independence. Trustworthiness and responsibility are also essential, as the role involves supporting someone in their daily life and ensuring their safety and wellbeing. How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I can contribute by providing respectful and supportive assistance while encouraging the person to maintain their independence. I believe it is important to support them in doing things on their own whenever possible, rather than doing everything for them. Based on my care worker experience, I understand the importance of emotional support, encouragement, and patience. I can assist with daily activities, accompany them to social events, and ensure they feel comfortable and confident in the community. I will always listen to their choices, respect their preferences, and support them in living an active and independent life. What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Personal Assistant work appeals to me because I enjoy helping people and making a positive difference in their lives.
