Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I supported my mother she had a stroke and lost mobility she was in a wheel, I she did have carers coming in, but I also supported her as I am the only daughter that lived in Wales she had no one else, I also did personal care with mum and helped with evening meals and keeping my mum company

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Personality is very important, patience and understanding and working with them at there pace, I enjoy cooking and chatting especially listening and also enjoy listening to music

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I can think back when mum was in a wheel chair I helped with her feet and creamed them for her because when in a wheel chair for so long legs can swell, its about what this lady wants and support where needed

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): helping others put something back in the community I feel I have alot to give not only I supported my mum for 6 years until she passed I also supported in the past my step father who had vasular dementia I also visit my Aunty when I can who also has vasular dementia

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Reading, walking, cinema I enjoy listening to music and cooking
