Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I have worked with friends and colleagues with ASD before, in group projects and teams. I have led, or listened to their advice when it came to analysis of subjects, such as Media Studies in Sixth Form.


What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Patient and attention. I have experience people with ASD having trouble expressing their emotions, as their way of thinking is different. Having said that, making sure they do not feel patronised is key to boosting their confidence and co-operation.


How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): As someone with ASD, I believe I can give a personal touch for the kids to feel a sense of ease and relatability.


What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Being able to work with children that need support. As someone with ASD, I understand how frustrating it can be to not be in control of your emotional intelligence or be put down for requiring assistance. I want to provide the love and support that I helped me overcome my struggles.


What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Writing Video games / shows Wrestling Discussions
