What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Empathetic,understanding and reliable, patient, friendly and confident with good communication skills.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I am a Very empathetic person with an upbeat personality that enjoys making the people I help feel safe, happy and confident in my presence,I always encourage them without pushing boundaries to help them achieve the independence they want.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I love working alongside and helping those that need it out in the community or in there homes, ensuring they have enjoyed there time with me and always leave feeling good about the job I do

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Depending on day and weather, I love anything outdoors, walk in parks, beaches ect, on a rainy day I like shopping, cinema and food, going to the gym , or just staying in with a film or board game..i take part in dance exercises classes and yoga, basically just enjoy most things.
