Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I have worked for a number of customer service roles, both retail and call centre, and Im able to adapt quickly to requests of the service user to ensure the best customer service possible. Outside of professional life, I have identified as a Transwoman for over 10 years and have maintained friendships with individuals across the Queer spectrum. So a respect of someones name and pronouns is second nature.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Dignity and humility. I will never claim to be able to sympathise with anothers life experiences, but I will always maintain my willingness to learn and respect ones circumstances.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I proud myself on being able to maintain a household (Cooking, cleaning, book keeping) in my spare time, and have worked multiple ways to make it easier to achieve. But I appreciate it a skill that requires an abled-body to achieve proficiently in the modern age. Being able to assist those to live a more fulfilled life for something I am able to do without concern is a net benefit to all.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Being able to support my community, both the Queer and local, directly brings a sense of grounding in theses increasingly hostile times.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Cooking, Cleaning, binge watching, and a handful of video games are how I usually spend my time. Additionally, I am also studying Environmental Science with the Open University to keep my brain ticking over.
