Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I worked as a health care assistant for 1 year in a nursing home. Where I used to help a lot of people with their activities of daily living and I have a sister with autism and I used to take care of her as she couldnt do her activities independently.

What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): Firstly ,I should know about the persons needs and difficulties in their daily living Secondly, I should be able to look after them according to their needs A genuine desire to empower another persons independence

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I can support someone by listening to what they want I am helping ,not taking over I will assist with day to day tasks ,but always encourage to do what they can themselves to keep their independence.
What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): I like that its practical ,hands-on help that makes a real difference to someones day Building and trusting one-to-one relationship, seeing the person grow in confidence and independence and thats what motivates me.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): I love to do paintings, dancing, trying different kinds of recepies to cook
