What qualities do you think are important when working as a personal assistant with a disabled person? (required): I think that its very important to be calm and collected when dealing with a disabled person because typically things dont go the right way immediately so be being patient like myself really helps control the situation and get things done in a safe and stress free manner helping me keep the disabled person safe and attend to their needs in the best possible way

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I think I contribute to the needs and independence of the disabled person because we keep a similar routine daily and even the disabled person picks ups the tasks we try to complete day to day and sometimes he picks up on small details on the routine and placements of items helping him have and do anything he wants and make it easier for me to complete the for him

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): The fact that I get to help an individual who cant help themselves appeals to me because it pains me to know that individual cant compete basic life skills and complete the simplest of tasks due to certain circumstances and the fact I can be a reason which makes life easier for him motives me to continuously be his PA and help him out day to day

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): My hobbies and interests are baking and cooking i love to experiment with new foods and cooking in general keeps me stress free and calm.
