Give details of your previous employment or experience which you think would help you to do this job. (required): I worked at Irie Shack in Cardiff as a Kitchen Assistant Manager, where I organised and supervised kitchen staff to maintain hygiene and safety standards. I also trained new employees in daily routines and food safety procedures. Through this role, I developed strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail ,all key transferable skills for a care setting. In my personal life, caring for my children has also given me valuable experience. I provide emotional support when they are upset, ensure they are well-fed and safe, maintain a clean home to avoid hazards, and take them to medical appointments when needed. I also encourage their social and emotional development by taking them to parks, trips, and theatres to see movies, and I support them academically. Additionally, I hold a Diploma in Access to Nursing and Healthcare, which has strengthened my knowledge of health observation, safety, and the importance of individualised care.

How do you think you can contribute towards the needs and the independence of a disabled person? (required): I known I can contribute via calm listening to their decision because this make them feel head ,seen and believe their personal values are respected . Another way is by been patience with them which gives them the avenue to reflect on their action and fit it positively. I can also contribute by making sure I understand them , give consistent support, encouragement, clear explanation over any decision they think of making, because every person disability has a special need that require good listening and adapting to make them independent.

What is it about PA work which appeals to you? (required): Assisting another to achieve independence ,and helping them torch and goals ,wants ,including helping their voices to be head or seen in their communities or others environment, boost my self-esteem. I feel have be able to contribute to another persons life positively.

What are your hobbies/interests? (required): Reading, traveling, Singing, dance spending quality time with family and research.
