I live with my Mum, Dad, brothers and our dog Lola. I love all outdoor activities especially Fair Rides and Parks but when it’s raining I enjoy Bowling, Swimming and Trampolining. I have SynGap 1 along with Global Delay Disorder I would like a PA to support me in the community and take me to activities of my choice which will allow me to gain more independence. PURPOSE OF THE JOB The purpose of the job is to take me out in the community HOURS OF WORK 6hours per week This job will be 1:1 Weekend work only RATES OF PAY £12.00 per hour 0.40p a mile TASKS INVOLVED Taking me to activities TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED Trustworthy Reliable Friendly Confident Confidentiality Full driver’s license Non Smoker Consider pets in the home ABOUT THE JOB This will be a proper job requiring a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period of six months will be necessary in the first instance. The wage will be paid four-weekly on return of a payslip provided by the Centre for Independent Living.
