JOB DESCRIPTION

Personal Assistant for school holidays only

A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF

I’m a 9 year old boy living in Llanharry with my family. I have Downs Syndrome. I’m a cheeky, funny and fun-loving child. Sometimes I can show aggression but only to my mum because she is my safe space.

Like any other child I have my stubborn moments and can be challenging. I want the person who works with me to understand this and work with me in an empathetic way.

I don’t like loud noises and don’t have an understanding of safety awareness. Without someone to look after me I could hurt myself or do something silly, so you have to be all eyes and ears when looking after me.

I have an allergy to milk and this will be discussed in more detail at an interview.
