To be eligible for this service you must:

• Live in the Health Board’s footprint area (Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, Newport and Torfaen),

• And be an adult over the age of 18,

• And be known to ABUHB’s Mental Health and Learning Disability Division.
